He gave us a tour and explanation of where everything was and about breakfast. The room was perfect, very clean and excellent condition. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had good storage and tea/coffee facilities.

Super view from the window over a couple of streets and beyond to the hills/mountains.
All the staff we saw were friendly, attentive and hard working (but not rushing around and making things stressy).
Breakfast was very well cooked, tasty, fresh and good quality ingredients.
A few minutes walk to the centre of town and the park.
