"Good service, friendly and very helpful for advice and recommandations from the staff. Breakfast is typical italian with a lot of sweets, coffee is very good and friendly staff at breakfast as well. "
"This is an AgriTourismo establishment built around a working vineyard. The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. There is also a jacuzzi pool. Adjacent to these is an open-air bar where breakfast is served as well as drinks during the day/evening. The main section houses a covered bar/restaurant. "Renovated rooms are nice-they have a lot of events there so loud music till midnight-really nice pool area and bar-they have loungers on the cliffs but you have to pay extra to use them. Good breakfast-Would stay there again."

"Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!"
"A nice facility in a great location. Parking is challenging. Finding facility was difficult on a busy street without the ability to stop and unload baggage. "
"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a breakfast consisting of Sicilian baked goods, coffee and brought in from a local bakery. We also had a small private terrace. Parking was secure and easy. We participated in an ecotour to see Mt. Etna. The tour picked us up at the hotel, which was very convenient."
"Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing.
The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself.
There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc.

"Well appointed property in excellent city location near restaurants, shopping, night life and mini marts. It’s in the heart of all the action yet its not noisy and 3 mi Ute walk to Piazza del Duomo. Great hospitality and very safe! Would highly recommend this property. "

"Could not ask for a better location than this hotel. It is central and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. The staff speak English very well which is helpful. They even coordinated transportation to the airport for us. One con is that they didn't have a washcloth in the shower or hair conditioner, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, we were on the 4th floor and didn't have any windows, just skylights and one didn't open. Out of the 3 rooms we had, only 1 had an amazing view of the city. Depending how long you're staying, I'd recommend asking for a room with a view. "
