"This place offers stunning views over the landscapes below Etna. The rooms feel luxurious, clean, modern and you can tell they thought of every detail in the room. We only stayed one night which was not enough, next time we are staying way longer. This place is great if you want quiet luxury and a base to explore Catania and the many winieries around Etna. A place to take it slow and enjoy the views and the food."

"Pas de réception ouverte, pas de stationnement sans prendre rendez-vous, pas de petit déjeuner sans prendre rendez-vous, climatisation ne fonctionne pas, chambre à 25 degrés celsius dans la nuit, musique forte la nuit d’un bar ou autre voisin, 3 grilles à ouvrir avec des codes pour rentrer le soir, sentiment d’être prisonnier. N’y retournerai certainement pas !"

"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. When brought to management’s attention, we received no apology or explanation, only a denial and refusal to issue any refund for the downgrade or the incident. Avoid if you value cleanliness and...
