hotel" before our AM flight. Arrived early, lunch at pool restaurant - nice pizza dish with very good crust. Checked in and changed for the pool. Room was dated (as was rest of hotel decor) and the floor was dirty- not "5-Star". Lovely balcony. Air conditioning not working - reported to desk (1st report). Pool nice, pool bar limited, towels only at the front desk (not 5-star!). Air still not working after 3-hour at pool (80F in room!). Sent...

"We arrived around 8PM straight off a set of flights from SFO and were exhausted. We were welcomed into the bar, a beautiful, cozy room, given food and drink, and checked in there, since reception had closed.
