"While the floors were certainly clean as were the linens, there was black mold growing in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink. We found dirty dishes and dirty silverware as well as flaking Teflon pans (highly toxic of you don't know) and a terribly dirty stainless steel pot. There was rancid olive oil in the cabinet and the host stated that previous guests used the oil without complaints. I checked multiple bottles that were present and they were unquestionably rancid. "Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though. "

"Excellent location in the center of Catania - public transportation easily available, bus to airport across the street, shops and restaurants in the area, and Catania’s baroque churches in the area. Good size apt, should improve the bed. Otherwise, all good!"
