"A great hotel with friendly, helpful staff! The front desk was so great, I must say. Our plentiful questions regarding everything from amenities to tourist activities were answered with a smile and any requests were handled promptly. The location was great! Centrally located, easy walking distance to most areas, or close to taxi/ bus in a very safe and professional area with plenty of eateries right outside. The room had most of what we needed, beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved this hotel. We were made to feel so welcomed at reception and shown to a beautiful room. In the evening we had drinks on the beautiful patio. We had an early morning flight and the front desk person made caupicinos for us while we waited for our airport taxi. He also provided us with a to go breakfast. How kind and thoughtful."

The hotel I think used to be a very glamorous home, lots of marble and great architectural features. The staff was absolutely incredible and the room was spotless. But it smells a little weird in the entire place and you have to walk a couple of blocks to the only restaurant we could find. There might be others, but we got in late around 22:00 and there didn’t seem to be a lot open. The restaurant we found was great and the pizza was amazing!"

Overall, hotel room was spacious but was a little tired. Water stains on ceiling, paint needs touching up in a few places. Breakfast was OK - not a lot of options but pastries were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
