The hotel is in a lovely spot, overlooking the sea, but there is very little around and about…everything seemed to be shut (end of May). The rooms are nice, if a bit dated, and the pool area is clean and well kept. Only thing was the noise from the building work on site meant you couldn’t really relax easily on the sunloungers. Food was lovely - great breakfast.

All the staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and each time I came they had lots of delicious things, not just the typical American Breakfast. The waiters knew me and brought my cappuccino with a smile. The front desk is super helpful and kind. Very clean facilities. The wellness center is really affordable and has good services. Hotel room was nice and clean. Plenty of space. The pool was closed the whole time but we were able to lay out on the tanning chairs. The access to the “beach” was closed off due to not being ready for guests. We did not use the weight room but did visit it. Not much there but enough to get a small workout in while on vacation. There isn’t much near the hotel. We had to uber to Catania and Taormina for things to do.

Hotel was in a beautiful setting on a cliff overlooking the Ionian Sea. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of patio space with sun beds by the large saltwater pool and attractive pool bar with extensive bar menu. Food was good. Staff were wonderful. Parking was gated and free - we were lucky to secure a spot as it was off season and one could not reserve in advance. Only criticism was that the hotel was a sprawling design and easy to get lost, and decor a bit dated.
