Our high-ceilinged room was very comfortable, and the reception staff very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room overlooks the Piazza dei Quattro Canti at the corner of Via Etnea and Via Sangiuliano. The hotel location could hardly be more central. "Rooms are very clean and well equipped! The historic details were lovely! Host was exceptionally helpful! He recommended a couple of delicious restaurants. These restaurants weren’t tourist trap. They were full of mostly people who speak Italian. That’s the kind of place I like to go when I’m traveling. I always keep my translator handy. Each restaurant did have one person who could speak fluent English. "
