"This is a wonderful, clean older hotel near the heart of the city. The only BIG problem is PARKING. But the staff helps with that."

"Lovely small hotel in central Catania. Very sweet staff, so helpful with car park, directions etc. Rooms are a little small with not great linens but big bathrooms. Not a good place for kids, too noisy and gritty. We enjoyed staying there. "

"When we arrived at the hotel a show was s the room , small little windows, larger window view a meter of window a roof smell like the room has not been open for a few days! Maybe because Air conditioning was off, room near breakfast! It were noises of doors closing , also from breakfast area! We were walk up at 6am because the window above our bed had no some block as the other ones so the light went straight to our faces! Next day told them about the noises and the window , so they came they cover the window with a cardboard boxes and tape!! Noises of the doors stop ! Breakfast , limited facilities but Irene went out of her way to help us!! Eggs were cold and first day they warm then up on a microwave!! This is a 4 star hotel!! Location for us was excellent !Prefer not to had all those inconveniences!! The staff trying to help, but so much they can do!"

"Staff, location (including outdoor patio & sitting room), and breakfast were all wonderful. Bed was comfortable & bathroom well-appointed. Only criticism is that our space would have benefited from some updates to replace worn, soiled carpet and remove mildew & discolorations in the bathroom."

"Oversized room with a jacuzzi, however, the system leaked and water seeped into adjacent room. No 24 hour staff, so, you need to be in communication. We left before staff arrived and left the key on the hook with other keys so no security beyond the cameras. The location was ideal as was the price."
