They display a sign that says quiet time is 9 pm yet the music from the bar pounded until 1 am. Sound proofing is terrible the people walking above sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. I had done a pre check in and had requested ground floor yet they put us on third so they did arrange to change us. As I was mid check in the staff member informed me she was going off shift and someone else would look after me. So another staff member came and we had to start all over again even though I had checked in online. When I asked about an outside door close to our room the staff member said she didn’t know if the door was marked from the outside to tell me which door to enter. There were several exit doors from the hallway and I just wanted to know which would be closest to our room. Room was ok room was clean only stayed one night will not return.

So wonderful to have a shuttle from the ferry and to the airport the next day. Also complimentary breakfast. Very nice staff as well as accommodating.
