The breakfast staff and pool service were phenomenal, and the drinks across the bars were consistently good, which made it easy to enjoy the property without leaving. Front desk staff was professional and efficient, just more direct than warm. Lester, our concierge, really stood out. He helped us secure a last minute rental car and gave us great guidance on exploring the island safely. Overall, this is a clean, well located resort with strong service where it counts. We would definitely book again."

"Never have a seen a hotel with such poor security, a simple lock-and-key on the door: no chain, no deadbolt, nothing. The hotel is next to the airport, but does not have airport hotel windows. He did and that was great, but they wanted to stay at the pool most of the time, so getting a chair on the beach didn't add much value for us. The staff were nice, committed to customer service and the food was very good for the most part. We won't come back here, because the pool issue was absurd and sitting on a picnic table bench was annoying. "
