Location, location, location… and parking. This property is on a quiet street, walking distance from La Placita and the Ave Ashford. Also the property was equipped with all the toiletries, beach towels and a laundry area. Strongly recommend it.

This is a no flush property which wasn’t a problem for us however the AC kept leaking on the floor and the tv turns on but in the of watching it it freezes and moves slow we finally said forget it and used our phones but overall very clean and was good enough for the purpose of our stay

Our stay was great! The location is amazing and in a walkable area of condado. The air conditioning in the room was very strong. We did have an issue checking in because the link they sent was not clickable. Also note that you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilets and the shower water temperature was hard to control (either really hot or really cold) with weak pressure. Other than that the host was great and I would definitely stay here again, those are just things to keep in mind when booking!

Property was great! Close to nearly anything you needed or wanted to do. Was quiet, private and safe. Showers were a little longer because of the time it took to get the water temperature just right (possible mixing-valve issue). The bed was comfy, we got good sleep and the AC stayed perfectly cool at 74 degrees. We would stay here again and even bring our friends next time!

My husband and I stayed here for the first time recently. We will absolutely stay here again. The apartment was clean, spacious and convenient to the areas of Santurce we like to frequent. Just a few blocks from Condado Beach and many restaurants/bars too. I highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.

This place is a true gem in the Condado area. The pictures are exactly as shown, and the organic décor makes you feel right at home. The cleanliness was 100%. The location is perfect — within walking distance to multiple restaurants, with beautiful beach access just minutes away. The beds were extremely comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep.
