"Family friendly, great for families with small kids. The staff is helpful and friendly. Close to all the parks. However, it’s an old resort, recently got a face lift. It’s not the cleanest. Also, we booked on Expedia and were forced to pay $50 a day for access to the water park that we didn’t use. "

"We are always staying at resorts this was our first time at this one. Very clean rooms housekeeping staff not to friendly it’s ok no security in the front entrance 3 fights one physical and people parking in front of the entrance while checking in not letting anyone move there cars because they were blocked and fights and arguments began as we waited in our vehicle while husbands were checking in. No police or security anywhere. Very scary. But the resort looked nice from our room we were a bit intimidated to walk around. Did not let my teens explore cause of the yelling and screaming around us not sure if fighting or just having a good time. "
