The room was clean and very spacious, which is important when traveling with a little one. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a cafe, mini Starbucks and a bar in the lobby which is very convenient. Plus there were plenty of great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay.
Room was perfect. Great location. Near restaurants around. 10 min drive from Universal's Epic Universe and 15 min drive from Universal and Island of adventure.
If it wasn’t for a racist customer who was shouting racial slurs at my friend and too many kids shouting up and down the halls, and the $29 dollar per night parking fee, it would have gotten all 5. The room was neat and clean- spacious. Each day, it was perfectly re-set. Breakfast was also good with surprisingly decent options.
The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is reasonable and a great cost saver. There's plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There's also plenty of Ubers in the area to get around without long waits.
The staff was nice. The bathroom was extremely small and the breakfast was HORRIBLE! I wish I would’ve known how terrible the breakfast was before prepaying for it. Paid for 4 days of breakfast and only ate it once while there. Definitely need to step it up if charging extra for it
