"We stayed at The Grove Resort June 7–10 to celebrate my son’s 12th birthday, along with family members who were also celebrating birthdays. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The N Wing elevator was out of service our entire stay, creating major inconvenience, especially for my son who struggles with anxiety and panic attacks. We also experienced ongoing air-conditioning issues that left our room uncomfortably hot overnight, triggering a panic attack for my son at 3:45 AM. When I contacted Guest Services for assistance, the response was unhelpful and no follow-up ever occurred. Additional issues included dirty floors in a family member’s room, overcrowded elevators due to housekeeping carts, vomit in the pool area, and inconsistent security procedures at the water park. While the Market staff were excellent and the food was great, the numerous operational problems significantly impacted what should have been a special family celebration. Overall, the resort did not meet the expectations we had for a birthday vacation."
