"Beautiful hotel with clean well maintained property and rooms. Would definitely stay there again"

"Nothing beats the level of convenience to the airport. Rooms are large and felt spacious. Happy to have a couch as well in the room to relax on. Rooms are slightly dated but very clean. Skip the restaurant in the hotel (Mccoys). You are better to go into the terminal for food. Expensive and poor quality. "

"The stay was great except that our room was not ready until 5pm. We checked in at 4pm and went to our room only to find out that it was not ready. We did call the office and was told that we could could come back to the office to see if there was another room available. We did not want to go back down the elevator, load all of our stuff back into the car and then drive to the office, so we waited. I did ask for a call from the manager, but it never happened. "

"The check in process was horrid. We stood in line for over 30 minutes and were completely ignored. When they finally helped us, the lady who checked us in was rude and had no knowledge of the property, Universal or anything helpful in any way. The room was disgusting! The smell of chlorine and bleach was overpowering in the hallways & in our room. The headboards were peeling and covered in dirt. The bathroom had hairs on the wall and shower that did not come from us. The floor in our room was wet! The proximity to Universal City Walk is not as claims. Or maybe it was the fact that no one could even tell us how to walk there from the hotel property. We got something to eat at the bowling alley. It was not appetizing! It tasted old and greasy. We paid to park at the hotel then we had to take Ubers or pay additional parking at Universal. Overall, I would NEVER stay at this property. I would never let my enemies stay at this property! We will NEVER be back. "
