"Great airport hotel, awesome person at the diner called Maria. She will take wonderful care of you. Shuttle service is right on the money."

"Great restaurant and a large bar area to eat or drink. Rooms have comfortable beds with nice linens. Only thing I didn’t like was the wash and lotion amenities. They are in refillable pumps and the pumps liquids looked unpleasant. The lotion came out like a tacky stale glue and the soaps looked murky. I brought my own soap, lotion and shampoo."

"Super sketchy area at night and there was no parking in hotel lot or on the street (even though we called ahead and were told someone was leaving at 11- but many cars were waiting for same spot) so we didn’t feel safe unloading our things and left. Asked for a refund but not given it. We went to the Hyatt Place in Yonkers for less expense and it felt 100% safe and easy."

"It was all within the parameters I wanted. The cafeteria area should improve, more variety and that they sell coffee not machine. The room and hotel good."
