The only complaint would be that there was an intermittent clunk sound that may have been the HVAC - we never found out- that could actually wake us up at night. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel is so cute, clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable, shower water pressure is excellent and I love all the details including - a steamer in the room, black out curtains, dimmable lights, hidden storage and the cutest SMEG fridge in the room. However, if you are given a room facing 2nd Ave, just know that it is sooooo noisy. The windows and walls are incredibly thin so much so that it sounds like the windows are open whilst you sleep. You might as well be sleeping on the pavement on 2nd Ave, it's that loud. The room includes a noise machine but it's certainly insufficient in quieting or balancing out the street noise. "

"The staff was amazing and treated my family with such care. They even sent a special treat up to the room for my daughter’s 8th birthday (we did not ask for anything. They just saw at check in that it was her birthday and did it on their own. They even gave her a hand written card). Beautiful view, spacious room, top notch amenities. "
