The neighborhood may not be the polished version of New York that Hollywood portrays, but it is the real deal. Grab a bacon-egg-and-cheese at the bodega, some fresh OJ from and street stand, and cool off in the open hydrant. Do yourself a favor and get some chicken at Malecon. "
