"SPOTLESS GREAT STAFF SAFE QUIET LOCATION"

"The front desk agent is what stood out the most. His name was John. He was friendly, professional and above all patient. I was under the impression that I could use my hotels.com gift card when I "arrived" to pay in person. However, his manager, who was also kind, let me know that they cannot take payment at the hotel. This is something that would have to be done on the hotels.com website. I panicked. I cried. It was also the day of the snow storm. Luckily, my brother sent me money so that I would not lose my reservation. I must have went up to John at least four times. Each time he was pleasant and smiling. He never looked annoyed. His energy was great. I was truly grateful. Not to mention, the room he gave me was beyond awesome. It was beyond awesome. It was huge. It was extremely clean. The view from my room was excellent. So guess what I did next, I booked another stay, at this same hotel using my hotels.com gift card because I just love this place and the customer service."
