"I wanted so much to love this place. It was a location that I hoped that I could use again and again but unfortunately there was no building provided heat on the first night of the stay. Only a small electric heater that took a lot to track down from the host. I had to wear my coat that first night. I was very dissatisfied with the correspondence with the host. So much about the space was good, but no heat was a deal breaker."

Easy to walk to Central Park, 5th Ave. the Metro and local restaurants/grocery stores so it was simple to get out and about to explore. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with the addition of the pack and play available to us on arrival. "

"This was the worst VRBO that we have ever stayed at. First, the owners are horrible with communication. Not only did I try multiple times to contact them, VRBO did as well with no response. Somewhere between 12-14 hours before check in they FINALLY sent the check in information.ROOM: It's up a flight of steep stairs that was not mentioned in the description. While the pictures make the apartment look nice, it was far from it. The bathroom had no heat blowing in it and the walls were ice...
