"The staff were super nice and friendly. Since the hotel is totally renovated with new addition after changing brand, everything was very clean and fresh. The rooms also appear to be very well insulated. We didn’t hear any noise from the road or airplanes, which made the stay especially comfortable and peaceful. We love the room with a big window & the view from the room is good. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!"

"Nice clean and simple property that just opened downtown Vancouver. Value for sure for the one night I needed. Some finishing touches still needed but overall the new bathrooms with industrial loft feel and original hardwood floors gave it a cool vibe and charm. No restaurant on site but that is fine given the location. No elevator so you are carrying your bags up stairs but the staff are super helpful. Would recommend."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel four or five times now and enjoyed my stay every time. The check in process is smooth, the rooms are clean and the shared washrooms are also very well maintained (although I’ve always gotten a room with a private bathroom). I travel to Vancouver to see concerts so this hotel is SO close to the main venues. Its location is also great for so many wonderful restaurants and stores. I will continue to book here when I come to Vancouver!"
