"The hotel was very nice and considerate. We arrived at 9:00 AM, knowing that check-in was not until 4:00 PM, and only asked if we could leave our luggage. To our surprise, they kindly allowed us to check in right away at 9:00 AM. We were extremely grateful, especially after a long trip from Hawaii with two children. As a thoughtful bonus, they also provided free breakfast items such as apples, juices, and muffins. The staff’s kindness truly made our stay more comfortable. Thank you for such wonderful service!"

"Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient cafe connected to the hotel for light breakfast, lunch, and coffees/teas. One tip: bring good noise-cancelling earplugs for sleeping as the train goes by regularly. I used mine and I didn’t hear a thing! Would definitely stay here again!!"
