"I had a very pleasant stay at this wonderful hotel during the Christmas season. The room was exceptionally clean, smelled fresh, and was well prepared upon arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available, making the stay very relaxing. The location is absolutely perfect .. everything is within walking distance, so I didn’t need to use a car at all. Waterfront Station is just a two-minute walk away, which made traveling to and from the airport very easy. The hotel is also conveniently close to the SeaBus terminal, adding to its excellent accessibility. The staff were truly amazing. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and consistently offered their help. They were polite, professional, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. I was initially concerned about the rain when visiting Vancouver in December, but the hotel thoughtfully provides umbrellas at the entrance. This small but meaningful detail made it easy to enjoy walks around the city despite the weather. I would absolutely stay here again. This hotel would be my number-one accommodation choice whenever I visit Vancouver in the future."
