"The bed was clean, but the bathroom REAKED of cigarette smoke. I could barely take a shower or be in there at all without getting a headache from the smell. The front desk didn’t really offer anything or try to use it as an opportunity to do better or improve my experience which was odd for a hotel. The room was so far away from the front desk, I checked in really late and wanted water, the guy at the front desk said “there’s two bottles in your room” to which, when I arrived in my room, there was no water, and when I called he said “could you please walk to the lobby and pick it up?” It was 1am, I just flew for 7 hours and was exhausted. The rooms floors were had holes and tears in them as well. I was excited to get out of there. "

"Great hotel with a wonderful pool/hot tub area. Nice having the casino that had restaurants. Amazing having the Bridgeport terminal right there for easy transportation. Our suite was spectacular with 2 rooms. So much space for a three night stay. Staff were all nice."
