"The service can be better as a 5 star hotel. They treat guests as suspects and make us feel uncomfortable. They should send their manager to Japan to learn how to improve the service. "

"The hotel overall was very good, staffs were lovely. However, we booked our hotel for 3 person stay but they offered us 2 person double bed room. They offered us portable small bed for another person but our room was small that due to extra bed there was not enough space so we asked them to take out the bed. So three person had to share the bed together in double bedroom which was not very convenient. Otherwise everything was good. Thank you. "

The service was fantastic throughout. The swimming pool is very small and gets very crowded. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area."
