The hotel and room was amazing. The housekeeping staff were so lovely and polite. The staff were lovely throughout the hotel. We were very happy with Arshad and Himanshu as they went above and beyond with our toddler and service. We will really miss them. Our only downside to the hotel was during lunch and dinner we would need to pay for drinks. We assumed that as we paid for half board drinks would be included with the meals as part of our package. But drinks and water are an additional charge. We paid £13 for 2 cans of fizz and £9 for a cup of coffee, which is absurd. We paid a lot to stay at this hotel, but theres always more hidden expenses that have to be paid. Other than that issue everything else was great. The variety of swimming pools, kids club, the beach.

Really amazing stay at Sofitel. Everything is on a different level here and the staff take so much pride in all their work. You have everything available to you at the hotel, so many restaurants, pools, spa. Dining whether at the restaurants or the buffet, was genuinely delicious every day. A proper 5 star resort. We hope to come back in the future. Thank you to all the staff.
