"The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the staff was wonderful and helpful! It was our first time in Dubai and the location was perfect! It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city. It is also attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved our stay here! "

"It was a lovely hotel. I did not care for the electronic lighting system or the TV in the mirror. However, the staff was so friendly and the concierge was absolutely amazing! I worked with him everyday and he helped me plan some great events for my family…24 hour room service was a big plus! ☺️"

"This location was nothing if not the perfect vacation spot for exploring Dubai and the mall! There were a ton of food options both in and around the hotel. The pool was relaxing and all staff went above and beyond what I expected. This is the height of service and comfort wrapped into the perfect location. This will be my go-to spot from now on!"
