"The aesthetic is golden! Literally! The hotel feels like sheer luxury. The bell men and front desk team were warm and welcoming. The staff in the common areas were also friendly and polite. "
"Service was amazing. They gave late check out, assisted me with putting items in freezer, were incredibly helpful and accommodating and just all around welcoming. Special shout out to Robert at the front desk who checked me in and out and went above and beyond in his customer service. Will be staying here again in future "

The hotel location is conveniently located downtown near local restaurants, supermarket, money exchange, and the metro. Local attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall are nearby. "Great hotel. Was upgraded to a suite as part of being VIP both on Raddison and platinum on Expedia. Suite was beautiful and specious. Breakfast was by far the nicest breakfast we had in a while. Staff is polite and helpful. Free and convenient parking. Pool was small and a ton of constructions outside. Burj view no longer available due to a high rise building newly built in front of the hotel. Limited food options around the hotel. Overall, Definitely stay here again despite the minor setbacks. "
