This is a fantastic hotel in a great location with clear view of the Burj Khalifa. Transportation is easy with metro stop nearby and taxi/ride-share vehicles alway nearby as well. The service is impeccable and there are plenty of amenities. Me and my wife loved our stay and would stay there again in the future.

Every time we have travelled to Dubai we stay at Shangri-La..the service itself is absolutely exceptional. The staff really make this stay worthwhile and it is like a home away from home. Staff at the Shangri-la Dubai are second to none. Anything we needed they would bend over backwards to help. They even brought my wife a complimentary dessert on her birthday. On top of all that the hotel was always spotless inside and out. I would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel lives up to its star rating and more. The rooms are roomy and well-designed and have a 5-star feel. This hotel has a very positive atmosphere, which is mostly due to its friendly and attentive staff. Archel, the Front Office Manager, sent us a flower arrangement, which was a special touch. We’re definitely recommending this hotel to family and friends!
