"I’ve been lucky enough to stay in tens of hotels over the 20 years I’ve been travelling, two/three times a year but I can honestly say this is without doubt the best. Just an unreal experience, spotless, the staff are on hand and foot to help with anything you need. The multiple pools are beautiful, the beach is lovely and as for the restaurants, well, faultless. "I expected a 5 star and it was a 3 star. The whole 20th floor and our room smelled like cigarettes with plug in purifiers in the halls. No sound proofing so woke up to the prayers outside on the loud speakers at 5:30am everyday. The washing machine cord was duck taped to the ground around around the toilet in the powder room. The positives were the lobby was beautiful and concierge and check in staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. "
