"Pros: very clean apartment, great location, and beautifully decorated. Cons: management moved my originally selected apartment to another one 30 minutes walking distance away. I had no other option but to accept it. Entering the building was confusing; I was supposed to use the intercom but it didn’t accept my suite number. "

"While the location was convenient and trendy, and the apartment was spacious, the furniture was uncomfortable and cheap. There is only one A/C unit in the living room, so the bedroom was swampy and hot despite running the A/C day and night, so I barely got any sleep."

Host did not clearly communicate with me when I asked several questions about their unit, dodged many questions, and didn't give me any check in instructions. Finally after many back and forth with Vrbo and trying to reach the host, I checked out the unit. Unit had many issues like AC not working, and a cockroach infestation. Cleanliness of the unit was not acceptable. Even though the host said everything was working and clean beforehand,...

"Everthing was wonderful. Location and neighborhood is perfect. You can go everywhere by walk. And also it is so close to subway station. Eddie and Judy were very helpful and nice. Thank you for hospitality"
