"Wow this Condo was one of the best equipped and cleanest places we have booked-and we travel a lot! There are so many homey touches like throw blankets and a well equipped kitchen. It was a condo but felt private. The bed was very comfortable and the master bedroom was huge! The views are amazing, we saw dolphins almost daily. We have been to OBX many times, Kure, Carolina beach, etc and Topsail is a hidden gem! The beach is amazing, water is just the right amount of action for kids and this property is a great location. The owners were super nice! Thanks for a great stay "

"Beautifully updated. On the beach. The deck was great and spacious with lots of seating area both sun and shade. Deck was fairly new. Could tell the house was surrounded by memories of loving family. Owners were very kind and helpful. Was the perfect stay!"

"We loved being able to just walk down the stairs to the beach in less then 5 minuets. Having all the beach toys, chairs and cart there to help with more beach fun was amazing too. We hope to go back next year!"

"We though the guest house was surprisingly big and comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. The mini kitchen is very basic so don't expect too cook meals but restaurants are close by so no need. Beach is across the street."

"Great house with all the necessities. Comfortably big enough for my family of 4 (two kids under 4) Quiet location at the very north end of the island. Peloton was a plus!"
