"It was everything we imagined. Beautiful apartment, beautiful view and easy access to beach. The only problem was in getting into the main door with code. Had to push/ pull the door. The manager on call was very helpful but they definitely need to fix that door ( or put up a sign saying to push door before you pull). Otherwise everything was great!"

The condo and the condo building were well maintained and secure. The security guards and tenants were very friendly and helpful! The best part was our morning walks on the beach and the views from the condo’s deck! Highly recommend!!"

"The basics were covered. Bathroom for one of bedrooms was a bit small and cramped. Dog yard was not as expected, so didn’t use. It was a small, fenced patch of dirt. Be prepared to walk your dog on the beach, unless it’s in the summer when they’re not allowed on the beach itself. Overall though, we were comfortable there, and would rent again."

"We loved stayed here, it was very peaceful and perfect proximity to the ocean. The condo was clean and really well stocked so we ended up not needing to use a lot of what we brought. "This house was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the weather. There’s a children’s park down the street which was an added bonus. Only qualms: there was the bare minimum of items like soap, towels, etc. and we had to get more for our stay as there were 5 adults and a child. The floors on the first floor were also so dirty (my baby’s feet were black from walking around). This just made me question the cleaning of the place a bit. The property manager building is just...

"The door to the unit is very difficult to open because the extra threshhold is so thick it rubs against the door. Pushing and pulling on it aggravated my wrist. It may be a good idea to fix that since it is the main source of egress."

"This was a great place for two families to get together for a weekend getaway. Was convent to Johnny Mercer Pier and start of the Wilmington full/half marathon. Also easy to get into Wilmington. Had variety of games and toys for children in the house, along with beach chairs, toys and a wagon. Would definitely stay here again!!"
