"Everything went as it should. Check in was smooth.the stay was peaceful. The breakfast was good. The shower had great water pressures and hot."

"As soon as I walked in the place smelled like weed. They later tried to mask it with air freshner that didnt work. The carpet in the hallways were stained to the point of no return or maybe they NEVER TRIED to revive them. It was under construction with plywood exposed. Once I walked into the room it was nice and seemed to be up to date. My husband starts the room check(pulling off the sheets and blankets checking for bed bugs and mites) none of those were present but we did find that the blankets and sheets were dirty. Stains that clearly didnt come out when bleached. The tub handle fell off as soon as we tried to shower. I can say they did send someone up to fix it right away. The carpet in the room didnt seem to be vacuumed before we got there. The desk chair was not steady. When you sit in it, the chair lays back as if it was a recliner. I doubt that was suppose to happen. Debris from the construction was laying along the side door which was the entrance we used because it was closer to our room. The trash at that entranced was overflowing. So much so people started putting their trash on the opposite side of the entrance where there was no trash can at all. I chose this place with the thought of we would be spending most of the time out of the room and didnt want to spend that much money. You get what you pay for I get it, but this.... I would not recommend."

"Stayed less than 24 hours. The front desk staff was great. Small hotel great for the price. They offered water and coffee and suggestions for local restaurants. Room was clean beds were comfortable. "

"Friendly, professional check in by staffer with great personality, bathroom very clean, (thanks housekeeping), you have to pay for parking, plenty of dining options around but if you want something better than a Chilis you need a car but hotel has a restaurant "

"We were given a first floor room after initially being assigned to a 2nd floor one. This was done without any request once the clerk saw I used a cane. Cookies and lemon water were available each evening. The breakfast was well kept with attention to refills and help for anyone who couldn’t carry it to their table. Every staff member was kind and helpful. I will recommend this establishment to everyone I can and will return in the future."

"I stayed at Sonesta Select when my flight got cancelled, choosing it for the price and proximity to RDU. The person at the front desk was very kind. My room was quite clean. There was a slight smell of jet fuel that I attribute to being so close to the airport. I'm sure it can't be helped. The heating/AC unit was quiet."

"The staff friendly. The room we stayed in was very small and weird. No closet just hooks on the wall. Room service never came to clean our room. And the check in desk is on the 13th floor. Honestly would not stay there again. "
