"This was my third time staying here. I love how close to beach it us, and the outside shower aresma is great to wash sand off befire entering pool or room. Lots of places to just hang out and meet new people. Walking distance to pier, Soundside Park, and shops.

"This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The grounds,the pool and the condo were immaculate. Even the laundry room was spotless. Only minor issue was with the code box on gate. It's a little temperamental and hard to see the screen because of sun glare. Door lock to condo is a bit tight and could use updating. Needless to say we will be returning and highly recommend this property. "

"We felt so spoiled having our own private pool. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was a nice alternative to the beach when it was super hot with and the water was rough. The beach itself was a super easy walk across the street, and even though it was a public access, the beach was wide open with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed walking up and down and keeping an eye out for sea turtle hatchlings. The house itself was comfortable and very well equipped. Lots of puzzles and games the kids enjoyed. We especially enjoyed playing checkers on the screened in porch. The outdoor spaces were great. Not waterfront, but you could get little views of both the intracoastal waterway and the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch at night and listening to the ocean. It was also a super quick and easy drive into town for restaurants and shops. Convenient to both south and north topsail as well. The owner was also lovely and quick to respond when we had questions. We had a great stay! "

"This was our second year at the property. We had a GREAT time yet again. We had adults ranging from 25 to 75 years old and 2 infants who were one year old and two months old. The accommodations were good for everyone, and the location is absolutely the best. We spend a lot of time on the balconies and at the pool, and the furniture is perfect for those places. Having the pool was especially helpful with the infants, though we had them at the beach as well. There were some improvements to the property since we were there last year and all were great.I’ve stayed at several VRBO locations around the world, and Ted is by far the best host I have dealt with. He’s always responsive and actually gets things done. His attention to detail is great. We’ll definitely be staying at the property again. Thanks, Ted!!"
