"After our original VRBO booking fell through only 2 hours before we were to check in, we found this house and amazing owner who worked magic to get us in at the last minute.This was far better than what we originally booked! The house was spacious, clean, centrally located, and had every amenity we could have wished for--including a special basket of dog toys for our pets! Lots of cleaning supplies and extra toiletries made it easy to maintain the house while we were there. The outdoor shower and hose were great for rinsing off the beach before coming inside. Having all tile on the first floor helped keep the sand sprawl to a minimum. Every bedroom was comfortable, and the upstairs living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the supply of bottled water and snacks that the owner left for us.The location was perfect. Close enough to the beach to walk there easily, but on a quiet cul-de-sac that minimized traffic around the house. The porch proved ideal for an evening drink, as well as for morning coffee.Great house on a stunning island. We'd love to come back"

"This beautiful small hotel was just perfect for my daughter and myself for a short stay in Emerald Isle. It was exceptionally clean and had a perfect uncrowded pool, and a convenient breakfast on site. We would choose Lighthouse Suites again."

"We had a great time staying here. The place was very clean and conveniently located near the path to the beach. The beach was so clean and the people we met were very nice. I’d like to stay again, just a little longer though. There are plenty of cool things to do, we just ran out of time. The property manager checked in with us to make make sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions we may have had. It was a great overall experience."
