"The cottage was a great little place for a family of 6 there was some needed upgrades but nothing I could not work out. Loved the privacy and much needed place, sent a lot of time in the sun room, very clean, no one bothered us right by the dog park area, beach access right across the street from the house, there was some uneven floor areas but it was fine for us the back door code would not work for us but we used the front door most of the time over all a 4.5 star place "

"This is the second year we stayed here and it was just as great as it was the last time we stayed. One of the best things we liked with this property is the elevator. Especially with our parents that are in their late 70s, it made it easy to get around the house. Some of the other things we liked about the house was the large common area, the beach being a short walk away, ample parking space, a simple check-in process and great communication with our host. We can't wait to stay here next year! "
"Did a Friday to Monday stay. 14 adults. it was a big place and we didn’t feel on top of each other at all. The house is Beautiful! and the owner responded fairly quickly when I asked him questions. Really appreciate his time and kindness. We were able to fit 7 cars in the drive way and one in the garage. we loved it so much we plan on coming back again in the future. thank you so much!!! "

"Awesome location! You can’t beat the pool on the beach. We had so much fun at this property. The private beach was so nice. The host was extremely responsive. The washer was being fixed during our stay and they went out of their way to do our laundry. We had an amazing time and would stay again. "

"Great house for a beach vacation for families , The house was very clean , comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen . Great location right on the beach . Swimming 20 yards from the back porch . Lovely deck overlooking the ocean . 3 pools and a well appointed gym were available . There was ample parking . Landlord was very responsive when a small issue arose and it was immediately taken care of . Very pleased and would definitely return . "
