"This cottage unit was perfect for us! My husband and I are both in our 80s, so having a lower level unit meant we didn’t have to worry about any stairs, and loading our stuff in and out was very easy. The house was very clean and cozy with cute beach themed decor. We cook most meals in, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was also wonderful. It is so close to a beach access, and the beach was quiet and beautiful. I know many parts of the island have suffered severe erosion, but the beach on this part of the island is still very large. We will definitely stay here again in the future! "
"Beautiful, clean, welcoming property! Everything was great, had awesome " home amenities", we didnt use much of those things,but great for on hand if needed. Also, while not ocean front property as everyone seeks, it was just a short 5 min easy walk to beach you could glimse the water thru the houses and definately hear it! Had beach towels, a wagon beach chairs and some other accessories made it nice we didnt have to bring these types of things if you dont want and can use thiers n easier to use the wagon!Nice, quite neighborhood. Plenty of hot water. The beds are comfy, master bathroom tub was a plus. "

"My family (myself, husband and teen) like to go to the beach prior to school starting again. This condo was perfect for us. The furniture was comfortable, we loved the large deck, and we were right at the beach access making it easy to go back and forth as needed. We would definitely stay here again."
"Nice little apartment, short walk to the beach. Has great potential. The bathtub faucet is almost broken.The water line to the washer is leaking. The house has roaches and ants. Needs a extra mirror somewhere and shelves in bathroom."
"The home was a short walk to the Beach and there was a wagon in the Garage to allow us to bring chairs and coolers down and this made the trip fun, and it was great weather, we ate at two local restaurants, and the food was excellent, and we loved the beauty of the water. "
"We though the guest house was surprisingly big and comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. The mini kitchen is very basic so don't expect too cook meals but restaurants are close by so no need. Beach is across the street."
