"We stayed in the HMS which is the penthouse room. The best part was that we had privacy on our balcony as we drank coffee, listened to the waves and watched the dolphins each morning. The beach is not crowded and you can walk around the end of the island to the sound side as well. The room was clean and had a kitchen with everything you need. The bed was comfy. The people were so nice. I dropped a few things on my way out. They called me and mailed them back right away. "
"Great stay for our family beach vacation. Our suite was roomy for the five of us. Easy beach access. Washer and dryer unit was amazing. Kitchen appliances very nice. Beds were comfortable except the pull out (but pull outs are never comfy). Enjoyed the ping pong table. There was even cornhole and connect four. Pool access nearby but we didnt feel the need to use. Close enough to food and fun but far enough to be quiet. Safe and convenient. Would definitely stay again and recommend"

"The place was beautiful. It is very spacious and fit our needs to the tee. We have been coming to Topsail Island for 35 years and needed more space. This did the job and then some. Our host Steve Morrison was superb. He was at our beck and call. He answered our texts in an instant. We have booked the place for next year. Can't wait@"

"The apartment was very comfortable. Bathtub incert needs replace. The beautiful screened in porch was really nice except it was dirty and the rusted chairs needed to be removed."
"We though the guest house was surprisingly big and comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. The mini kitchen is very basic so don't expect too cook meals but restaurants are close by so no need. Beach is across the street."

Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side.
