"Alan's condo was perfect. It was clean, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was wonderful. And Alan checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was okay. I hope to return for another vacation soon!"

"This house has everything you need. Our ages ranged 10-75 with one dog. We all had so much fun and felt so comfortable like we were at home. Everything felt NEW and was super clean. Our family will stay here again!"

We have visited Topsail for years and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. We can’t wait to stay here again!!! Our dog loved it too! "

"Nice little spot. It's across the street from the ocean, clean, comfortable bed, everything you need in kitchen, washer and dryer on site, and dog friendly! I was only there a few days. But it was such a relaxing stay. I would stay again!!"

"Our stay was perfect! We have no complaints. Communication with host was great and Larry went above and beyond to accommodate some changes for us. The pools were closed for our visit but the weather was beautiful to enjoy the beach! "

"The only 2 thing bad I can say about the place is if you’re coming in at night it is really hard to see the driveway. It needs bright lights at the end of the driveway, especially when it’s pouring down rain and if you have GPS on, it says you have arrived at the house on a corner that is not the house. And, it did not smell well when you walked into the house so I was suggest some fragrant plugs put in.But the place is beautiful lots of room and a really cool game table upstairs."
