Amazing Single-Family Oceanfront Vacation Home

  • NOTE: In efforts to slow the spread of the coronavirus, extra precautions are being taken to clean and sanitize our home after each renter's departure.

    This modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is directly on the ocean, with outstanding views of brilliant blue water. It's perfectly located on the desirable southern end of Topsail Beach, a short distance from shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger fishing pier. Inside you'll find comfortable, peaceful decor and a kitchen with a full set of amenities. 10 can sleep comfortably on three queen beds, two twins, and a sleeper sofa, with all bedrooms directly facing the ocean. There is one porta-crib and one pack ‘n play for the little ones!

    Come experience the atmosphere of south Topsail Beach where there are no crowds, no noise, only smiling faces, clean sand, family-friendliness and warm times.

Very nice house in a wonderful location.

We had a great experience for our first stay in Topsail. The house was perfect for our group of six and the beachfront location was both beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend time at the beach in a nice section of Topsail.

Evrything was as advertised. Host gave great recommendations on restaurants. It was a quiet getaway and just what we wanted. The walkway to the beach was easy and the outdoor shower was great. Definitely coming back next year!

Great long weekend

The house was located in a less busy end of the beach, providing the space and privacy that my family was seeking. The owners were responsive to my questions prior to arrival and this allowed us to plan perfectly for a no stress long weekend. The house was clean and well stocked with the kitchen essentials for cooking. We had plenty of space to be together along with spacious bedrooms, each with an ocean view for when we need a bit of time to ourselves. We enjoyed the views from inside and from both levels of balcony and would highly recommend this house for families looking for a beach getaway.

The house was as advertised. Clean, well stocked although another cassarole dish would be good. Perfect location. We love oceanfront homes. Nothing could be done about the winds and rip currents, but since we were next to a public access, the flags were always posted. The owners were a dream to work with. No problems connecting to wifi or the tv. Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located to the beach. There was a sliding glass door in the downstairs bedroom that would not lock. The couch was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I would recommend bunk beds rather than relying on the couch as a “sleeps 10”.

Very nice place

Is called Sea zen and is very zen. No clutter. No extraneous rugs to gather sand. Easy to clean and manage. Schlage door lock makes locking and reentering very easy. There are a lot of steps so getting stuff up in the beginning I takes some work but once settled is easy to get to beach.

We chose this house as it's close to my nephew. The overall appearance is nice. The house is dated inside and needs some work on the decks. The kitchen could use better bowls for cooking and storage. There is no organization in the kitchen drawers. I organized some for our needs. Overall I would recommend this house for its location and cost.

South Topsail

As this property is elevated, it has really great views of the ocean. Our party of eight adults and two children had plenty of room and really enjoyed our vacation. Comfortable seating in the living area and nice decor. There aren’t enough chairs for everyone to sit at the dining room table, but there are seats at the kitchen island. The owner includes complementary starter sets of body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. Nice touch!

Such a great family place

Our grown children, young adult grandchildren and young teen grandchildren love staying in this wonderful very clean, well appointed, family home right on the beach. As grandparents we can sit on the wonderful deck and watch them or go hang out on the beach and participate. This home is large enough to allow family spaces to gather, play cards and eat together and also have quite spaces. The hot/cold shower on the beach private boardwalk is great to rinse sand before returning to the house. Three bathrooms (2 on-suite) is great. Washer and dryer is such a plus! The wonderful Host is very responsive. This is our 3rd year here and no doubt will be our 4th!

House and location were perfect. The only thing we did not like was being unable to control the temperature in the house. We were uncomfortable a couple of times during our stay. Need to rethink that concept. Not everyone wants the temp at 71 degrees all the time. If you pay the rental price you should be able to use the air/heat as needed
