The room you stayed has a brand new split system airconditioner, only installed a few months ago. why did you not come and speak with us about the airconditioner. We are available 24/7. You had the airconditioner mode on “heat” - the air conditioner works perfect in summer for cooling and heats up the room for winter perfectly. We have thoroughly checked this room aircon and it works great. You booked a basic standard room that includes all essentials required including microwave oven. The room has been renovated with all new floor coverings, benchtops etc. it seems you had a bad week as your review does not apply to the room you stayed. You paid a very low rate for an exceptionally modern room.

A carpet layer recently replaced the carpet in this room and we have now fixed this issue. We are on plan for mattress replacements. We never have issues with aircons but we also like to ask a guest to consider the many positive attributes for your stay - u booked a budget room at a budget rate yet should have enjoyed our complimentary breakfast, modern vinyl planks and new carpets, new marble look benchtops, plus much more. Our motel has been on regular upgrade plans and in the few years we have achieved some great results. For any issues we recommend you have a nice chat to our friendly staff who love to assist with any problems. Overall, our guests give great feedback - negative feedback comes only from a minimal less than 1% of our guests. Thank you and have a nice day.

It is very disappointing when a guest chooses to write a negative review when we went out of our way to assist our guest. This guest had contacted us via intercom at 9.30pm after 2nd night requesting assistance with the washing machines. We assisted him within 30 minutes with a simple fix and he was very friendly and thankful for 2 staff in attendance. He thanked us very much for helping him, we refunded extra coins he had inserted. This was a one off issue that weve never had happened before. Nothing was mentioned of any other discrepancies at all during their 4 day stay. We have 2 bedside tables that arrived while the guest was in the room, they will be installed this coming week. Our motel has the convenience of a 24hr checkin which is very popular. But his comments about the motel with noone on duty after dark is totally incorrect. There is in fact always staff available both onsite residence or offsite. We have a 24 hr assistance which is not available in most motels. You would also think if the guest had issues with no rack for their luggage, why would they not advise staff well before their 4th night, as staff have been on duty and would have happily assisted with a rack and also placed bedside tables in their room on the first day if this was an issue. They had 4 days to speak with us. Why wait to go online reviews. Sorry but this is not a fair review of our service. The room was serviced during their stay so we are unsure of their real issue. We are sure you enjoyed the complimentary breakfast during your stay. You booked a standard room at a very reasonable rate and you were upgraded to a beautiful and comfy king bed in which the room was recently upgraded. Our advice is to look to the good in a business because when u really think about it, we were there for you at all times - Your negative review is very disappointing.

We advise before booking a room to overview your bookings very carefully, as u booked a standard family room with a queen and 2 singles in one room with one shower and toilet. we did upgrade u to a 2 room apartment as a kind guesture. If u wanted two bathrooms and 2 toilets for 4 people, u should have booked 2 separate rooms and you would have been happy. It is not a motels fault when a guest books a room that is too crowded for their expectations. it is a guests responsibility to ensure they have booked correctly. The motel is a very nice 3.5 star motel regularly updated with free complimentary breakfast. We do not advertise as a new motel but it is a very nice Motel. The rooms are very quiet.

Thank you for your review, but you are obviosly reviewing the wrong motel in another town , - we r in toowoomba, our rooms are very quiet - all of our undercover carparks are 2.2 metres or higher - we have outdoor motel ground parking for quite a few trucks, buses and trailors - we have some of the best parking in toowoomba- you did not stay in an upstairs unit at our motel, but a quiet ground floor unit with parking in front of your room- we r not on the corner of a very busy intersection - our motel rooms are set off the road. Please check your reviews and review the correct motel accordingly.
