Location is great. Handy to the tram, beach and walking track. Good size but a bit dated and bedroom felt cold, even the bed sheets didn’t feel nice at all. Staff were amazing.

Great handy location would stay there again. Very clean and tidy and thanks for the upgrade :). Maybe turn the pool and spa up a couple of degrees. Great friendly service from the reception staff on arrival.

10min walk from Surfer Paradise main centre, great location and views were spectacular. Great value for money, room could have been cleaner though and had to be careful in the room we got of uneven floor and lips in tile flooring to not trip or stub toes.

The location was amazing. You were just out of the centre, but a short walk to it. Right near the tram stop. The spa was old but the gym was great. The sauna wasn’t working but the steam room was great

Hotel was pleasingly good. Well appointed and decorated. We were on the 24th floor with a fantastic sea/city view. Walking to Cavill Ave was about 10 minutes along the beach. Beach was good and had flags for the kids. Northcliffe Surf Lifesaving around the corner was on point for breakfast. Good gym, pool and sauna. Parking underneath for cars. It is in a bit of a construction zone currently, but this didn't bother us at all as we were up early/ish. I'd stay again.

Room 2301 had a partial ocean view as promised but was very dirty and in need of updating. The bed was comfortable but the mattress protector had yellow stains on it so we had to wash it. Don't be fooled by the pictures when booking they are completely inaccurate. The building itself was OK and the staff very helpful.
