The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered.

The place has a great location, lots to do in the area for sure! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and even the four bed dorm was brand new and very clean. No regrets!

Top notch customer service.. Both Anastacia (reception) and Michael (concierge) showed genuine customer care.. not just customer service
I arrived around 8am, and, of course, was not expecting the room to be ready (check in time is 2pm). However, Anastacia took my bag and let me know of the amenities that I did have access to on the 23rd floor prior to my room being ready) and that my room would be given priority to get ready. She provided a GREAT first impression of the hotel!

Our room was ready although we arrived an hour early. We found it to be very comfortable, clean, cosy and interesting. Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was great. The harbour bridge and opera house were within walking distance. Being located in the Rocks area the hotel was a perfect starting point from which to explore the history of the Rocks, it was surrounded by good restaurants and shops. The new Barangaroo Park was a nice place to walk around and take in...

I only have a birthday every 4 years. I was fortunate to spend my special day (29thFebruary) at this hotel. The staff were very friendly & thought it was fun to have me celebrating my "19 th birthday".
The management presented me with a lovely vase of fresh flowers in our room & a personalised bottle of wine with a "birthday balloon" & greeting card. A very pleasant surprise.
The location was terrific. Very close to The eateries & places of interest in the Rocks as well as Circular Quay. I...
