"Lovely clean spacious room. Plenty storage areas. Pleasant temperature in the room. Hot powerful shower. We were able to check in at 13.30 as 1500 is quite late. Negatives are only one pillow each and no smart features on the giant TV"

"Being able to have the hound with us is the number one reason for our stay here 😎 Our room was clean and functional. King size bed, but not much space around it - not a problem if, like us, your days are spent exploring the city; speaking of which, this location is *ideal* for sewing everything central Manchester has to offer. For the hounds, Parsonage Gardens is a few minutes walk away, for those mandatory comfort breaks and a place to play. A couple of minor maintenance issues handed over to staff, nowt to impede our enjoyment of the stay. Would be happy to stay here again. "

"The room was good: spacious, clean, and with a nice view over the street. I would have given it a 5 star if we had not been woken up by the cleaning staff on both mornings. The first morning it was at 9:16 am. The young cleaner asked me if she could come back to clean 20 minutes later but I was in my pyjamas and still half asleep. I told her to clean when we are not around at lunchtime. She said she might not be there anymore. We complained at reception and specifically asked for no cleaning before we check out on the following (and last) day. The cleaner opened the door even earlier on the last day at 8:49am and we were still sleeping and in bed. I had to shout (half asleep from the bed) that we were sleeping. Sadly, there seems to be an issue with the cleaning team as they do not seem to know when people are in or not or if people have checked out already. Or maybe they just want to finish early? Or they want to make sure we check out on time? This put us in a bad mood on both days. How can you get the timing for cleaning so wrong? There was no sign ‘Do not disturb’ that we could have put on the door. "

"Friendly staff were super helpful at check-in. Room large and clean, with very comfortable bed. Really quiet as well considering the hotel is on the airport site and 2 mins walk to terminal 2. I didn’t have the chance to try the pool or gym, but next time! "
