"Easy walk from Piccadilly station and convenient to dining, shopping and other transportation. The unit was perfect for our family since it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the staff was so friendly, providing tips and suggestions. We got there prior to our check in time and they held our bags and then placed them in the unit before we returned. They even messaged to let us know when the unit was ready. "

"The AC didn’t work on arrival so we reported it. On return that eve they said fixed. It wasn’t but we gave benefit of the doubt a persevered. At 1.30am we moved rooms and all our stuff. Very inconvenient but night staff were excellent and refunded partial room rate for that night which we thought was fair. Just a shame it wasn’t dealt with upon first report. "We usually stay here if we are in the Manchester area. Rooms are decent. Breakfast is good & it’s very close to the Trafford centre. We had an issue this time on the first night as the air con unit wasn’t working. When we said the following day - it couldn’t be fixed so Shannon moved us to a different room. She was very helpful and these are the kinds of things that make you go back to a hotel. "

"Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent service provided by the breakfast staff, in particular. The hotel reception area is very clean and welcoming, as was our booked room. Also impressed with the scented aroma around the hotel corridors which made the building feel clean and fresh. Brilliant location and lovely surroundings.
