"Stayed for a recent visit to Manchester for a visit to the AO arena, lovely hotel nice bar area where we waited for our rooms to be available, every member of staff we dealt with were very friendly and hardworking, made sure everything we just right for us which is was. "Great to be back at this excellent value hotel. The room was very spacious with very good air-conditioning and a lovely bath with shower. Excellent housekeeping service. Best to book breakfast the day before (or on arrival) as it is then only £12 for a superb buffet. Waitresses Luiza and Flor were very helpful and assiduous as were the excellent reception staff."

I have also been charged £42 unnecessarily on my credit card.
