"Friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. The shower room was perfect - a spacious walk- in shower with a hand rail instead of those awful over the bath showers. Cooked breakfast was tasty, plentiful and hot. The hotel is in an ideal location and is quiet.Although the hotel does not have parking there are a number of car parks nearby. A discount was available through our hotel booking at the nearest car park which was a very short walk away. Would definitely return if we go to Manchester again."

"Sells itself as a hostel but it really isn't though it does have its quirks. I would recommend you don't check in when it opens at 3pm as we had a wait but this was expedited a little by competing our details on our phone while we waited. Staff pleasant. Room was bigger than expected and was comfortable and quiet. Bed good. Shame there were no drink making facilities - I'm British! Breakfast was simple but good quality. As an example of a quirk there were hard boiled eggs but no scrambled or fried, so a bit odd for me. If you can get the hotel a good price you will be pleasantly surprised."
