"Lovely hotel in a perfect location in Manchester. Room was adequate size and lovely and clean. Bottled water would be required in most hotels these days and there was none. That wouldn’t stop me staying here again"

"Felt welcomed from the outset, the text message from tess who checked me in, was a lovely little gesture and the only thing that let the room down, was the blueberries that were left in the fridge, rest of the room was excellent, shower lovely and powerful, apart from the blueberries, would definitely recommend it to anyone, and I will definitely be staying here again "

"Nice room that was clean and comfortable, infact the bed was really comfortable. The room was warm and it had the coffee/tea making facilities that we find for us are a must have. Room was great for the price and their shuttle bus to the airport was great ."

"I had booked a room without a window and upgraded. It was a lovely large double aspect room. The noise from the road both traffic and construction work was fierce. I will return but will ensure I have a room without a window. It will be quieter and I will get sleep. Breakfast was okay. Orange juice was lovely. I was down for 7.30am when it starts. The scrambled egg was stone cold and at best the rest was lukewarm. No grapefruit and/or prunes. The fruit was either an apple or orange. "
