Booked months in advance, arrived at the apartment and was completely ghosted by the host despite numerous attempts to message and call the host. Clearly a scamming host. Had to contact the help service who also couldn’t get hold of the host. After numerous attempts the help service had to cancel our stay for the weekend which we had driven 5 hours for! "Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment"

"Nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. Enough space for one or two people and very quiet. It is in a good location for getting in to town and to Victoria station. My train was delayed and I ended up arriving 3 hours after the arranged check in time, I kept the team updated and they were very responsive on messages and arrived with in a few minutes of me arriving at the property. Will stay here again."
